Our Times Tables 2-12 course is designed to help children get confident in Times Tables 2-12 with structured learning plan within built flexibility where children can quickly move to different levels based on their performance. We believe every child is different and the our platform provides a tailored plan based on performance. This course offers.
The multiplication tables check (MTC) is statutory for all year 4 pupils registered at state-funded maintained schools, special schools or academies (including free schools) in England. This course can get your child ready for Multiplication Tables check (MTC).
First, please have a look at Course Materials and you will be able to access all the downloads. You can use these to learn times tables 2-12. You can download and practice on screen or print these and practice if you prefer. The key thing you need to do is practice these.
Now, Let’s have a look at the Course structure. The course is divided into 3 Modules as shown in below image.
For each module there are 3 stages. In each stage, You can repeat quizzes any number of times until you are confident for the Final Test. Below are the 3 stages.
Level 1 – Practice – This is practice with simple questions in sequence. This helps you in the habit of memorizing times tables. There are messages after each quiz which will guide you either to Restart same quiz or click Continue to move to Next Quiz, once you pass a quiz.
Level 2 – Practice – This is practice with Jumbled question which further improves your confidence. Once you pass you will be guided to move to the next quiz.
Level 3 – Test Final – This is the Final Test for the Module which has questions for all Times Tables in the module. Once you pass this Test, the module will be automatically marked complete, and you will be guided to move to the next module.
To complete each module, you must pass the Level 3 Test. You can only move on the next module once you complete Level 3 Test of previous module.
If you are a beginner, you should start with Level 1 Quiz. However, if you are confident that you know all times tables in the module, you can directly take Level 3 Test. Once you pass this Test, the module will be automatically marked complete, and you will be guided to move to the next Times Table.
For each quiz attempt, you can collect stars. The number of stars awards depends upon your score. So the more you score, the more points you will collect. In addition for passing each Level 3 Test, you will be awarded badges. You can see your points and badges in the My Rewards section.
Lastly, We also understand it’s important to practice on paper as well. Hence there is also a lot of printable materials for children to practice on paper.
