One person may not maintain more than one account.You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the registration process.You must provide accurate information for Child when you Add/Edit Child for us to be able to provide appropriate service.You are permitted to use the Service for the child to whom the Course/Subscription has been assigned. Where resources are provided as part of the Course/Subscription, the Resources may be printed for the use of specified child, but it is expressly forbidden to give these to anybody else or to allow them to be copied by any means for use unless an appropriate license has been acquired.It is expressly forbidden for you to release your username and password to anybody else to allow them to access the Courses/Subscriptions.You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We offer Free Trial of different durations for some of our Courses and Subscriptions. If you cancel the Course/Subscription during the Free Trial Period, you will not be charged any amount.Where Free trial has already been availed, we have the right to refuse the Free Trial.
Payment for our Products and Services is made using a valid Debit/Credit Card during the checkout process.For Subscriptions, you will be billed either Weekly, Monthly or Yearly as described in the Subscription Page and during checkout process.It is your responsibility to ensure the Payment Card details are valid and update payment details as needed by going to Subscriptions in Parents Dashboard.
Due to the digital nature of our Products & Services, all our products and services are NON-REFUNDABLE.
There will be no refunds or credits for partial duration of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for duration unused for a Subscription/Course.
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription by going to Subscription in Parents Dashboard and follow the Checkout process. All Upgrades/Downgrades are effective from the next renewal date. The new payment will be charged from the next renewal date.
We also offer Parents to book additional Lessons with our Teachers for their children. All appointments booked can’t be cancelled or refunded. You can get it rescheduled 3 working days before the appointment.
We offer different Coupons as part of our Marketing Campaigns. Please read carefully coupon details and Terms.
If you cancel the Course/Subscription during the Free Trial Period, you will not be charged any amount.If you cancel prior to the processing of your next payment, you will not be charged again. You will still retain access to the Subscription till your next payment due date. There will be no refunds or credits for partial duration of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for duration unused for a Subscription, Course or Appointment.Push Teacher Ltd reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Push Teacher Ltd reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.Prices for all Services are subject to change upon 30 days’ notice from us.Push Teacher Ltd shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
